Are White Hats Controlling Biden?

I swear sometimes I believe there are white hats controlling Biden’s speech. It’s the only way I can explain some of the bungled up stuff he says.

1) If you are going to screw up your sentence, do not, DO NOT, EVER screw it up after saying something “can be defined in a single word.”

2) It’s as if his brain is a vinyl record and he is a record player that got bumped and the needle jumped six grooves.

3) It’s as if his speech is a radio broadcast and right at the climax of a sentence, someone turns the station dial and it picks up another signal. But this station is broadcasting incriminating evidence that corroborates the investigation into the the illegal business dealings of his son with China.
